Prior to co-founding Vitality Wealth, Jessica served as a financial advisor at one of Idaho's leading fee-only fiduciary firms, where she honed her ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions. With a background in public accounting and hands-on experience preparing tax returns and consulting on small business bookkeeping, Jessica brings a deep understanding of tax strategy and financial statements to her work. Her diverse experience allows her to spot opportunities across both personal and business finances, especially for those juggling multiple income streams or ownership interests. James Smith is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University with degrees in Finance and Information Systems. Before joining Vitality Wealth, James worked as a financial advisor at boutique firms in Western New York and South Florida, before joining one of the largest independent fee-only firms in Idaho. These experiences deepened his understanding of high-net-worth clients' needs and reinforced his belief that meaningful financial advice begins with understanding what truly matters to each client. James is passionate about making complex financial decisions feel simple and actionable—whether balancing practice ownership with personal financial goals, managing the intricacies of irregular income, or planning for long-term security amidst a demanding career.
